Decision Based Driving
Decision Based Driving
Program Overview - "Why Ours Works"

Through classroom instruction and interactive participation, paired with our state-of-the-art simulation scenarios, we can both identify and correct dangerous driving habits for participants in our program.

Features & Benefits of Our Program

1. Mandatory Participation

  • Participants use Classroom Performance System (CPS) to answer questions electronically in a classroom environment, forcing participation, allowing for instant feedback and the opportunity to review material that was not fully understood.

  • Class 'A' utilizes interactive classroom discussions, round table discussion. Scenario review and other classroom exercises keep students engaged and aware of dangerous decision-making practices and how to alter those decisions in the future.

  • Simulator and streaming videos force participants to be exposed either directly or indirectly with various driving scenarios.

2. Multi-Medium

  • DVD videos of various poor decision driving situations.

  • State-of-the-Art driving simulator recreates possible driving scenarios from weather changes to delaying effects of alcohol.

3. Classroom Performance System (CPS)

  • Forces participation.

  • Monitors individual student's progress.

  • Provides reporting capabilities.

"Wow! I have to admit I was dreading having to take the class, but soon realized my own poor habits were the reason I was here. To be able to actually apply what I learned on the simulator taught me a lot!"
-David Smith
