Class A CDL - 160 Hour Tractor Trailer Program

The objective of this program is to train individuals to qualify for their Michigan Class A Commercial Drivers License. Through a series of classroom, simulator, yard and on the road, real world training, the student will be prepared for employment with local or over the road companies. Each student will spend time observing and training, on the road, with a professional driver from REI. The program is approved through Michigan Works! and ETAP. Weekday and weekend classes are available. Lifetime job placement assistance and tuition reimbursement opportunities are available upon request. This class offers a unique hands-on training experience with a 4:1 student/teacher ratio. This program can be completed in four weeks, Monday thru Friday from 8am-4:30pm, or 10 weekends, both Saturday and Sunday from 8am-4:30pm. Prior to starting class, students must have a DOT physical and drug screen.
